CineKink Kinky Film Festival Hits Chicago This Weekend

CHICAGO — CineKink's touring "kinky film festival" is set to hit the Windy City this Friday and Saturday at the Leather Archives and Museum.

The festivities will kick off with a screening of CineKink 2019 Audience Choice Award winner, the documentary film, "The Artist & The Pervert," directed by Beatrice and René Gebhardt at 7:30 p.m. (CST) Friday evening.

Presenting an intimate look at the lives of Georg Friedrich Haas and Mollena Williams-Haas, who live openly in a Master/slave relationship, in those respective roles, the film explores the dynamic between the couple layered with the understanding that Georg, a noted Austrian composer, is the child of Nazi parents while Mollena, a renowned American kink educator, is the descendant of African slaves.

The screening will be accompanied by the CineKink award-winning short film, "Impact," directed by and starring Williams-Haas.

CineKink returns on Saturday with a screening of its "Sweet Spot" program of kinky shorts at 6:30 p.m., featuring "Ostara" (d. Allen Dusk); "Sweet, Sweet Kink: A Collection of BDSM Stories" (d. Maggie M. Bailey); "Spanko" (d. Melanie Zoey Weinstein); "Little" (d. Kris Williams); "Unbridled" (d. Marcus Quillan and Simon Christopher); "Two People, One Ring" (d. This year's picks include a comedic look at one woman’s struggle to enjoy some alone time; a colorful portrait of an infamous latex aficionado; and a documentary about the latest work from CineKink 2019 Spotlight Artist, Jennifer Lyon Bell.

The full lineup features "Me Time" (d. Iyabo Boyd); "Lesson #1 and Lesson #8" (d. Alberto Ferreras); "I Am Lucie Bee" (d. Ms. Naughty); "The Baroness" (d. Isabel Faintych); "Remember Me" (d.
