XCritic Pick: Double Dose from Blacked Raw
Sure, as reviewers we have biases and favorite stars and starlets. We try our best to state those when we review things but we at XCritic pride ourselves on being really freakin' thorough when we review stuff. Sometimes, that means that we watch a movie or scene 2 or 3 or 4 times, often in multiple formats that range in audio and video quality. Sometimes we watch them on laptops, other times it's on a 4K large-format TV and we check it out with high-quality headphones or crank it through our A/V receivers to see how it sounds in surround...all in an effort to see if we can see or hear any flaws that would prevent something from becoming an XCritic Pick. That's what Mutantmo did with this flick that stars Adriana Chechik getting DP'ed by Jax Slayher and Jason Luv as directed by Greg Lansky.
